Good news! I'm a chill friendly dude who is open and lovely to all. I guarantee my work and will make things right if you're not happy. Like a tattoo artists who gives free "touch ups", just hit me up if something needs a small adjustment down the road.

What is your pricing?

I'm not trying to be the cheapest guy in town. I have high standards and do quality work. I will not take your job unless I can do it at a pro level.

$100 minimum fee.

Typically, I'll try to quote you with a fixed price, but if there are too many variables, my hourly rates are:

• $100/hr + materials
• $250 for a 3-hour block of time + materials
• $500 for a full day of labor + materials

No upcharge on materials.

What types of jobs do you handle?

I don't do any electric, plumbing, or HVAC duties. But beyond that, pretty much anything!
